The Journal of Bio-Nano Systems and Applied Research is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal published by Eurasian Academy of Medicine and Dentistry (EAMD). It provides a multidisciplinary forum for research connecting biological systems with nanoscience, nanotechnology, advanced materials, and applied engineering.
The journal serves researchers working across nanobiotechnology, biomaterials, nanomedicine, biosensing, bioelectronics, tissue engineering, molecular and nanoscale systems, biomedical engineering, dental nanotechnology, environmental bio-nanotechnology, and related fields. Particular emphasis is placed on work that moves beyond descriptive nanomaterial studies to demonstrate biological function, mechanism, performance, safety, or practical application.
The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, systematic reviews, methodological papers, technical studies, and interdisciplinary contributions. Studies may address fundamental bio-nano interactions as well as the design, characterization, modeling, validation, translation, and implementation of nano-enabled materials, devices, and systems.
All eligible manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. The identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from one another. Editorial decisions are based on scientific quality, originality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, reproducibility, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.
All accepted articles are published open access. Authors retain copyright, and articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), subject to the journal’s copyright and licensing policies.
